Transportation

My favourite way of traveling is by car. I enjoy traveling by car because I'm able too see the beautiful scenery up close. One of the advantages is that , I can get out for the car  and explore what caught my eye, breath the fresh air, stretch my legs, and eat traditional food according to the place. Also, another great advantage if traveling whit all my family we can safe more money,if we were to travel by plane. However, traveling by car has also it is  disadvantages, the trips can  be long and very tiring for the driver even though my husband enjoys very much being our designated driver when ever we go on road trip. There can also be reckless drivers on the road that can make it unsafe for us.

One of my interesting experience in driving was my Christmas trip all the all the way to San Diego  California. We departed from Calgary and past trough Montana, Idaho and arrive at Utah it took us 10 hours, then drove to Nevada , Las Vegas  where we stay a night in the hotel Palazzo. The next day we were off to  Arizona to spend Christmas with my sister and family. After a couple a days of staying Arizona we decided to go to Sea World is San Diego, California where we only stayed there for two days and then went back to Arizona. It was time to return back to Calgary and my husband decided to take a new route on the way back. He took us through Oregon and then Washington where we spent  a day touring around and finally we went reached the boarder and went through British Columbia where we visited family and friends for two days. This Christmas road trip was one of the best car experiences that I have ever had, I enjoyed it very much.

  1. That sounds like a great road trip! There's lots of amazing scenery in the western US, especially in Arizona and California. Las Vegas is lots of fun too, as long as you don't spend too much money gambling!
